HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS

About Healthy Relationships

Age range: Suitable for all adults who are together or separated and have children of any age up to 19 years

Duration: Flexible

Delivery: Online evenings and daytime, in-person workshops or self-guided support.

Disagreements are a part of any relationship. But if they occur too often, become intense, or stay unresolved, they can negatively affect you and your children.

Conflict can happen anywhere: with friends, family, neighbours, grandparents, co-workers etc.

When a relationship is in trouble, it can affect children. They might struggle with mental health and behavior. This can lead to challenges in school and learning.

Research shows that good communication and managing stress together help our children succeed.

We all face a variety of outside pressures that spill into family life where change can be difficult to manage. We want to give you the tools and knowledge to see things differently.  To listen and create opportunities to communicate better and reduce stress.

Healthy Relationships offers self-guided learning, group sessions and 1-2-1 support to reduce conflict and improve everyone’s lives.
