Maintaining a healthy weight and continuing to exercise is very important during pregnancy and after birth. NHS Maternity can support you to stay healthy throughout pregnancy. Their Health Coaches and Health Trainers will work with you to provide an individualised plan for your wellbeing. Speak to your midwife for more information and to be referred.
